All, we have been having some issues where the pool has become overcrowded due to pool parties and is overwhelming the lifeguard on duty so I just wanted to post a few rules in regard to this:
- In order to have a pool party you must rent the Great Room. This will prevent multiple large parties from happening at one time and will help us keep track of any parties that are happening at the pool. This will also provide a space for food, drink, decorations, etc. and keep them out of the pool area.
- If you are going to have 15 or more people in the pool area (regardless of whether they are swimming or not) during your party while renting the Great Room you will need to pay for an additional lifeguard ($30 per hour) and will let Neighborhood Services know at the time you reserve the Great Room.
- If you do not pay for an additional lifeguard and bring 15 or more people into the pool area you will be charged a $150 fine and an additional $50 per our if you do not leave the pool area.
Please know that these rules are in place for the safety and enjoyment of our residents and guests when they are at the Woodland Park pool. Thanks so much for your cooperation and understanding.
